Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Union government, informed the Supreme Court that it wouldn't be possible to release climate activist Sonam Wangchuk, who is currently under preventive detention under NSA, on health grounds. "He is fit, hale, and hearty. He had some digestive issues; he is being treated. There is nothing to worry about, nothing alarming," Mehta added.
