Venus, Jupiter to drift closer in May; to be visible to naked eye

Venus and Jupiter will move closer together during May and will be visible to the naked eye. The close alignment of the two planetary bodies, which is called a planetary conjunction, will reach its closest alignment in June. From May 19 to May 21, the moon will pass near Venus and Jupiter forming a visual event called 'triple conjunction'.
