Global South must transform from rule-taker to rule-shaper: PM Modi at BRICS Summit

At BRICS Summit, PM Narendra Modi said the Global South must transform from "rule-taker" to "rule-shaper". He said Global South is in front row of global crises but in back row when it comes to decision-making. Global governance's current structure, which resembles a pyramid with decision-making concentrated at the top, must be transformed into a platform of partnership, he added.
