The Competition Commission of India's (CCI) probe into an alleged beer cartel in Telangana has taken a turn after Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) was made an accused after four years as a witness, Reuters reported. The Budweiser and Corona maker challenged the move and secured a temporary stay. The 2022 case involves 42 retailers allegedly boosting their market share.
