At least 15 people were killed and 16 are missing amid floods and landslides in Dehradun and nearby districts of Uttarakhand on Tuesday. The Disaster Management Authority said 13 bodies were retrieved in Dehradun on Tuesday and one each in Pithoragarh and Nainital. The areas worst-affected by the rains in Dehradun are Maldevta, Sahastradhara, Manjayada, and Karligad.
